This policy describes how EHSAgents.ai ("we", "us") handles information on this website. The current site is an informational and demonstration site. The interactive demos run in your browser with built-in sample data; demo "uploads" do not transmit your files to us.
Information we collect
- Contact information. If you email us at info@ehsagents.ai or request access, we receive your name, email address, and the contents of your message. We use it to respond and to provide information about the product.
- Usage data. Our hosting provider may log standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps) for security and operations. If we enable analytics, it will be privacy-respecting and used in aggregate to understand site usage.
- Preferences. The light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser and is not transmitted to us.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We do not use advertising trackers on this site.
- We do not require an account to view the site or run the demos.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that operate this site (hosting, email) as needed to run it, or when required by law.
Retention
We keep correspondence as long as needed to respond and maintain a business record, then delete or anonymize it.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have sent us by emailing info@ehsagents.ai.
Children
This site is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 16.
Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page with an updated effective date.
